Tonight, we’ll be participating in the joint broadcast event with AM950 Radio, WCPT 820, and Heartland Signal.
We’ve been tracking the campaigns and interviewing candidates all season long.
The broadcast kicks off at 5pm with a special two-hour edition of Native Roots Radio.
At 7pm, AM950 Radio’s Matt McNeil will be joined by WCPT 820’s Richard Chew, Joan Esposito, and Patti Vasquez.
I’ll join the anchor desk at 9pm CST and staying there until midnight CST!
Throughout the broadcast, we’ll be providing LGBTQ coverage, Robert Pilot will cover races impacting Native Americans, and Ellie Krug will break down critical trans ballot initiatives and candidate races.
We’ll go beyond just reporting the winners to provide deep-dive analysis on what the results mean, tracking the balance of power across Congress, governorships, and the critical state legislative contests legacy media ignores. Throughout the evening, we will also monitor reports of voter suppression and actions that could challenge the results, while checking in with WCPT in Chicago for live regional updates.
